Ian and Allison both grew up in Hartford City, Indiana. They got married July 25, 2009. They have two daughters, Lyla and Jocelyn.

They came to Muncie First in December 2013 and served on staff from 2013 - 2023. Following the retirement of Pastor Mark, Ian and Allison accepted the call to step into the role as Lead Pastors.

Ian has served in ministry since 2008 in the Wesleyan Church and United Methodist Church. Received a B.S. in Youth Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Allison has a Master Degree from Ball State University and works full-time for Yorktown Community Schools as a Speech Pathologist at Yorktown Elementary and Pleasant View Elementary.
